EXECUTED KOBA DEAL IS BLUE PRINT
Agreements with Koba Resources (ASX:KOB) over the prospective Yarramba palaeochannel and Oban uranium resource providing Havilah with:

an equity interest in KOB;

a retained 20% project interest carried to completion of BFS;

substantial tenement expenditure; and
-
retained ownership of tenements.
SOLE FUNDED URANIUM EXPLORATION
Havilah retains direct uranium exposure via sole funding exploration of the prospective Lake Namba palaeochannel project and various hardrock projects (eg Johnson Dam - refer to ASX announcement of 17 May 2023)
